Pet Policy

Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Pet Deposit: We do not have a pet deposit. 

One-time Pet Fee: $250 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per cat, $50 per dog

We do not have a weight limit.

Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.

We do not allow any aggressive breeds such as German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita. Non-Smoking Community

To promote a healthier living space for all our residents, we are a non-smoking community. No smoking will be permitted on premises, units, or common areas.  All areas within 25 feet of any window, structure, or any private buildings are designated as non-smoking.
